

Nicole Schafer, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Nicole is a certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Nicole joined the team at Premiere Speech and Hearing in November 2025. She has been practicing speech-language pathology since earning her Masters from Monmouth University in 2018. Nicole obtained a Bachelors of Science in Speech Pathology/Audiology with a minor in Special Education from Bloomsburg University in 2016.
Nicole has worked in a variety of settings from private practice to outpatient and schools and has worked with children birth-21 with many different speech/language and developmental disorders. She has comprehensive knowledge of pediatric feeding and swallowing, childhood expressive and receptive language, and articulation disorders.
Nicole completed level I of PROMPT training to assist in treatment of articulation and motor planning disorders. She also has experience with pediatric feeding and completed a course on lactation counseling to assist mothers and infants with latching and breastfeeding. Nicole is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association and holds an educational certificate to conduct speech therapy in the academic setting. In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, reading, baking and cooking. Nicole is so excited to be a part of the Premiere Speech and Hearing team!
